At WP Engine, being customer inspired is one of their core values. Every day, the 170 men and women on their Customer Experience Team bring this value to life by working tirelessly to exceed their customers’ expectations. Whether answering questions about WordPress, troubleshooting issues or providing recommendations for performance optimizations or best practices, this customer-first mentality is what fuels them to provide world-class technical support to more than 50,000 customers in 136 countries.
In recognition of their hard work, WP Engine’s Customer Experience Team have earned their third Stevie Award on 11th August 2016. The 2016 International Business Awards, also known as “the International Stevies,” awarded WP Engine’s Customer Experience Team a Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year (Computer Services & Software). This 2016 international competition attracted more than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all types in more than 60 nations.
In addition, WP Engine’s editorially independent publication Torque Magazine received its first Stevie Award, a Silver in the Publications Awards category for Best House Organ, General Audience.
Earlier this year, WP Engine earned a Silver Stevie Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software (100 or More Employees). Last year, in the Technology Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) category, WP Engine earned a Bronze Stevie Award.
I can personally testify that these awards are well-deserved. Chrisbizz.com is hosted by WP Engine, a decision that was taken on the basis of their superior product first (quite a few interesting features). I’ve since been able to experience their client support a few times, and I’ve always been given great support that did help me out when I needed it. So here’s to you guys, well done, and on to the next one!
